When Blair Inc. recommended a communications program to regularly update customers about the comings and goings of Screen USA, one of the world's largest providers of commercial prepress, workflow, digital printing and graphic arts solutions, little did we expect it to extend into its seventh year.

e-Screen, the company's bi-monthly electronic newsletter, written and published by Blair Inc., initially was circulated to just a few hundred key customers. Since then, its readership has expanded into the several thousands and includes trade media who routinely pick up news and information that is published in industry magazines and online portals. Plus... new customers now insist they be on the routing list!
